1Order Cancellation
Before Shipment
- Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they are shipped
- To cancel, contact us immediately at info@rasavita.store or call +91 9108981850
- Include your order number in your cancellation request
- Cancellation requests are typically processed within 2-4 hours during business hours
After Shipment
- Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled
- You may refuse delivery when it arrives, and we will process a refund after the product returns to us
- Alternatively, you can accept delivery and initiate a return within 7 days
2Refund Eligibility
You are eligible for a full refund if:
- You cancelled your order before it was shipped
- The product arrived damaged or defective
- You received the wrong product
- The product quality does not match our description
- The product has passed its expiry date upon delivery
Non-Refundable Scenarios:
- Products opened or used (unless defective)
- Change of mind after delivery (for opened products)
- Products damaged due to improper storage by customer
- Requests made after 7 days of delivery

Approval & Return
If approved, we will arrange pickup or provide return instructions
Refund Processed
Refund will be credited within 7-10 business days after product inspection
4Refund Methods
Online Payments
Refund will be credited to the original payment method (Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking)
Cash on Delivery (COD)
Refund will be processed via bank transfer. Please provide your bank details when requesting a refund.
Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged product).
5Partial Refunds
In some cases, a partial refund may be granted:
- If only part of your order is defective or damaged
- If the product shows signs of use but is still eligible for return
- If you refuse delivery and return shipping costs are deducted
