Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return or refund under the following conditions:

• The product is damaged or defective upon arrival
• The wrong product was delivered
• The product is significantly different from the description
• The product has passed its expiry date upon delivery

2. Return Timeline

• Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery
• The product must be unused and in its original packaging
• Opened food products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, unless defective

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Opened or used products (unless defective)
• Products purchased during clearance sales
• Gift cards
• Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage by the customer

4. How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact us at info@rasavita.store with your order number and reason for return
2. Include clear photos of the product showing the issue
3. Wait for our team to review and approve your request (within 2-3 business days)
4. Once approved, we will arrange for pickup or provide return instructions

5. Refund Process

• Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
• For COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer

6. Exchanges

If you received a defective or wrong product, we will be happy to exchange it for the correct item at no additional cost. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery to arrange an exchange.

7. Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped
• Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled but may be returned after delivery
• Full refund will be provided for cancelled orders
